1. Mandatory Parental Consent for Minors

Because our learners are predominantly young children and teenagers (ages 4 to 18), all admissions applications, course inquiries, and service agreements must be initiated and confirmed by a parent or verified legal guardian. We do not knowingly permit minors to register accounts independently or enter into financial agreements without parental authorization.

2. What Information We Collect

We practice strict data minimization and collect only information essential to providing safe, personalized online education:

• Parent / Guardian Data: Full name, official email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact number, country of residence, city, and preferred language of communication.
• Student Academic Profile: Student first name, age or grade level, prior academic background, preferred study subjects, and curriculum goals.
• Academic Records: Attendance logs, teacher evaluation marks, homework submissions, and milestones achieved inside the LMS.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized browser type, IP address, device operating system, and session timestamps used solely to ensure secure platform connectivity and detect unauthorized intrusions.

3. Virtual Classroom & Camera Safeguarding Policy

Child safety is our highest operational priority:

• Encrypted Video Rooms: All live 1-on-1 and small-group lessons take place in password-protected, encrypted virtual classrooms (Zoom Enterprise) accessible only by the assigned teacher, student, and parent.
• No Public Broadcasts: Live classes are strictly private. No outsider or unverified party is permitted into the room.
• Camera & Video Etiquette: Students and educators are expected to conduct classes in well-lit study rooms in appropriate clothing. Parents are warmly invited to sit alongside young learners or observe from the background.
• Strict Recording Prohibition: Freelance educators are strictly prohibited from recording student video or taking screenshots without explicit written parental consent. Any authorized safeguarding audits are retained in encrypted, access-restricted institutional repositories.

4. Financial & Payment Data Security

Tuition fee transactions (in USD or PKR) are processed through licensed, certified, PCI-DSS compliant banking channels, payment aggregators, and institutional IBFT accounts.

• We do not store or hold complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords on our web servers.
• All payment transactions are encrypted end-to-end via 256-bit SSL/TLS security.
• Local payments in Pakistan (via Bank Transfer, Raast, JazzCash, Easypaisa) are verified through authorized corporate bank statements with instant electronic receipts issued to parents.

5. Zero Third-Party Commercial Selling

We maintain an unequivocal policy regarding student and family data:

• We do never sell, rent, license, or barter student or parent contact details to commercial advertisers, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
• We do not display third-party advertisements or tracking scripts within student LMS classrooms.
• Information is shared only with verified internal academic coordinators and assigned teachers on a strictly need-to-know basis to conduct scheduled lessons.

6. Parental Rights: Access, Correction & Deletion

Under applicable data privacy laws, parents and guardians hold full rights to:

• Request a comprehensive copy of all personal and academic data held regarding their child.
• Request immediate rectification of outdated or erroneous contact information.
• Request the permanent purge and deletion of their child's account and historical academic record upon withdrawal from the school.

All data access and deletion requests are fulfilled free of charge within 48 business hours of receipt.
