Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Complimentary 1-on-1 Trial Class Policy

All new prospective learners are entitled to one complimentary 30-minute diagnostic session with an accredited instructor in their chosen subject (Quran & Tajweed, Arabic, Cambridge English, Islamic Tarbiyah, or Academic Tutoring).

• No credit card, bank transfer, or financial deposit is required to schedule a trial.
• Trial classes carry zero obligation to enroll.
• If the parent decides not to continue after the trial class, no charges will ever be levied.

We recognize that every child has unique rapport needs with their teacher. If your child does not feel completely comfortable with their assigned instructor's accent, pace, or teaching style:

• Parents can request an immediate teacher replacement at zero additional fee.
• We will match you with another vetted male or female educator from our global faculty network within 24–48 hours.
• Remaining class credits carry over seamlessly to the new teacher.

4. Class Rescheduling & Make-Up Policy

To ensure fair scheduling for our freelance educators and prevent lesson credit loss:

• Parent Notice: Parents must notify their academic coordinator via WhatsApp or the portal at least 12 to 24 hours prior to class start to reschedule without penalty.
• Make-Up Classes: Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original date. Up to 2 make-up classes per student are permitted per month.
• No-Shows without Notice: Sessions missed without 12-hour prior notice cannot be refunded, as the teacher's time slot was reserved exclusively.
• Teacher Absence or Technical Failure: If a class is disrupted due to a teacher's connection, electricity outage, or emergency, a full replacement lesson is provided at 100% complimentary status.

5. Digital Return Policy

As an online educational institution providing digital instructional services:

• There is no physical product to "return" or ship back.
• Upon confirmation of refund, digital LMS student access keys and live classroom meeting permissions for that course are deactivated.
• Any downloadable PDF worksheets or notes already provided to the child during completed classes may be retained for personal study without penalty.

6. Refund Processing Timeline & Payment Methods

All approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel used during enrollment:

• Pakistan Domestic Payments (PKR): Refunds via Raast (Instant), Pakistani Bank Transfer (IBFT), JazzCash, or Easypaisa are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
• International / GCC Payments (USD): Credit card, debit card, or international bank transfer refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days (bank processing times may vary from 5 to 10 days depending on your issuing card institution).
• Zero hidden administrative deduction fees are charged by Meeral Virtual School on approved refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund or File a Grievance

To request a refund or raise an inquiry regarding tuition billing:

2. Include your Student Name, Parent WhatsApp Number, Enrolled Course, and a brief description of the refund reason.
