Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Scope of Educational Programs

Meeral Virtual School provides structured, live online tutoring, Quran recitation and Tajweed, Arabic language training, Cambridge primary English and Jolly Phonics, Islamic Tarbiyah, and general academic curriculum tutoring.

• Classes are conducted live 1-on-1 or in small focused groups via password-protected virtual classrooms.
• Instruction is delivered by qualified, background-vetted freelance faculty recruited from Pakistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UK, and international jurisdictions.
• Parents are entitled to request mother-tongue translation support (Urdu, Pashto, French, Bengali) alongside English and Arabic for zero learning friction.

2. Tuition Fees & Dual Currency Pricing (USD & PKR)

All tuition fees are published transparently on our website and may be remitted in either United States Dollars (USD) for international/GCC families or Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for domestic families:

• Published Rates: Published monthly fees cover pre-scheduled weekly hours, custom diagnostic evaluation, digital curriculum worksheets, and continuous LMS progress tracking.
• Domestic Pakistan Payments (PKR): Payable via Pakistani Bank Transfer (IBFT), Raast (Instant), JazzCash, or Easypaisa according to published PKR rates.
• International / GCC Payments (USD): Payable via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or International Bank Wire.
• Billing Cycle: Tuition is billed on a monthly calendar basis payable in advance before the commencement of the monthly lesson batch.
• Grace Period: A 5-day grace period is provided for monthly renewals. Accounts not settled after the grace period may have automated class bookings temporarily paused.

3. Class Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Advance Rescheduling: To reschedule an upcoming 1-on-1 lesson without losing credit, parents must provide at least 12 to 24 hours advance notice via WhatsApp or their parent portal.
• Make-Up Classes: Up to 2 make-up classes per month are permitted and must be completed within 30 days.
• Teacher Absence or Technical Fault: In the rare event an educator faces an emergency or technical outage, an authorized substitute educator or 100% complimentary make-up session will be arranged.
• Student No-Shows: Lessons missed without the required 12-hour prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded, as the educator's dedicated hour was reserved.

4. Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Terms

All enrollments are backed by our comprehensive Refund & Return Policy:

• 7-Day Full Refund: If you are dissatisfied with our educational services within the first 7 calendar days of your child's first paid class, we will issue a 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid.
• Pro-Rata Mid-Month Cancellation: For cancellations after the initial 7 days, unattended pre-scheduled lessons are refunded pro-rata or retained as credit.
• Teacher Swap: If the assigned educator's teaching style does not match your child's personality, we guarantee an immediate educator reassignment at zero extra charge.

5. Code of Conduct & Child Safeguarding

All participants (students, parents, teachers, and staff) must uphold the highest standards of Islamic manners, respect, and safeguarding:

• Harassment, inappropriate language, or aggressive behavior toward educators or coordinators is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.
• Classes must be conducted in appropriate clothing and respectful home study environments.
• Direct solicitation of freelance teachers for private off-platform payments or side tuition is strictly prohibited and violates platform integrity agreements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum frameworks, custom Tajweed infographics, diagnostic assessment templates, audio clips, and software features accessible through Meeral Virtual School remain the exclusive intellectual property of Meeral Integrated Services (SMC-Private) Limited. Materials provided to students are licensed solely for private non-commercial educational use.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to our educational services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, under the regulatory framework of the Companies Act 2017 (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan). Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
